By downloading or using Belli (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Belli solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Obligations
You agree not to:
Use the Application for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the Application
Submit harmful, obscene, or infringing content
Exploit the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes
Circumvent security or access controls
4. Age Requirements
Belli is available only to individuals aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Belli may offer premium features via in-app purchases.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refunds are subject to App Store policies.
6. AI Disclaimer
Some features use artificial intelligence (AI). Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to use AI outputs at your own risk.
7. No Medical Advice
Belli is a wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in Belli, including design, software, and content, belong to Rose Computers LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Belli at any time, without liability, if you violate these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Belli is provided “as is” without warranties.
Rose Computers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication in the Application. Continued use of Belli indicates acceptance.
